The River Keeper's Hut

The River Keepers

On the river’s edge, this wonderful space accommodates four. A cosy indoor space with table and chairs, a wood-burning stove and a lovely outdoor picnic area to enjoy the river.

The space can accommodate 4 people.
April – October: £70 plus cost of entry
November – March: £45 plus cost of entry

The Island

The Island

This secluded island is situated on Rainbow Lake and houses a privately enclosed pavilion with soft seating, a picnic table, and wood burning stove. The perfect hideaway retreat.

The space can accomodate 6 people.
April – October £120 plus cost of entry

The Pavillion

The Pavilion

Situated on the edge of the Artist’s Pool in a privately fenced off area, The Pavilion is the perfect spot for group celebrations with family and friends.

It has a dining table and chairs inside and sliding glass doors leading out onto a deck. The jetty leads you to a floating platform with luxurious sofas.

The space can accommodate 8 people.
April – October £120 plus cost of entry
November – March £70 plus cost of entry

The Pavillion

The Hide

The Hide is a tranquil space perched on the edge of The Artists Pool. Designed for intimate gatherings of up to six guests, this exclusive venue offers unparalleled opportunities for birdwatching enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The Hide boasts a spacious modern garden pod, providing comfort and shelter, while outside, a charming set of table and chairs are at your disposal. Whether you’re seeking solace in nature or sharing moments of connection with loved ones, The Hide promises an unforgettable experience amidst the serenity of our lakes.

The space can accommodate 6 people.
April – October £80 plus cost of entry
November – March £50 plus cost of entry

The Pavillion

The Lakehouse

The Lake House offers your own private island and waterside deck at Sculpture by the Lakes, a truly peaceful location for up to 10 guests. Perfect for intimate gatherings, from family celebrations to corporate away days or creative workshops. The open layout allows you to sit together in comfort while taking in views of the surrounding landscape.

Surrounded by water and accessed via a private floating walkway, this secluded venue invites stillness, reflection, and creativity. The island has seating for ten, enabling you to dine and relax in the dappled light of the trees.

The space can accommodate 10 people.
April – October £250 plus cost of entry
November – March £125 plus cost of entry

The Island

Book an Afternoon Tea

Enjoy delightfully fluffy and flavourful pastries, generously filled sandwiches, and creamy cakes all served on the masterfully crafted afternoon tea stand, handmade by Simon Gudgeon.

Fill up after a long walk around our botanic gardens, be sure to pre-order your afternoon tea before visiting Sculpture by the Lakes. Available to pre-order with 72 hours notice. Or purchase a voucher to gift to someone special.

We’ve recently upgraded our booking system, and some of our older voucher numbers may not work automatically when you try to book your afternoon tea.

If you have any trouble making a reservation, please email the office at [email protected] with your voucher details, and we will be happy to help you book your visit.

The Sculpture Park

April - October

Day tickets are £15 when booked online and £16.50 on the door. Afternoon tickets are £12 when booked online, £13.50 on the door

November - March

Day Tickets are £10

Please note children under 14 and babies are not permitted anywhere on site.

Day Venues

We have three intimate venues to hire for your day visit. Available from 10am - 4.45pm.

Gift the Sculpture by the Lakes experience to someone you love with our easy to redeem vouchers.

Wheelchair Rental

Our light weight all terrain wheelchair guarantees a smooth ride on site. At a rate of £15 a day we donate half of the fee to The Royal Osteoporosis Society.
