SUMMARY:Evening Sound Baths
DESCRIPTION: \n  \nWe are running a series of evening Sound Baths in The Retreat at Sculpture by the Lakes. These will incorporate different sound instruments including Himalayan Bowls\, Wind Gongs\, Crystal Bowls\, Koshi Chimes\, Shamanic Drums\, which have a unique ability to relax and calm the nervous system. This will bring your mind into the Alpha and Theta pattern\, which is the restful and creative state.\n  \n \n\n \n  \nSound enters the healing equation from several directions: It may alter cellular functions through energetic effects; it may entrain biological systems to function more homeostatically; it may becalm the mind and therefore the body; or it may have emotional effects\, which influence neurotransmitters and neuropeptides\, which in turn help to regulate the immune system—the healer within.\n  \n“Simon’s sound bath was an incredible journey into deep relaxation and healing. At one point\, I completely lost awareness of my body—truly profound! His beautiful use of Himalayan singing bowls (my favourites)\, especially around and over my body\, created a profound sense of calm and rest. The integration of various instruments\, each serving a unique purpose in the sound bath\, left me feeling weightless by the end. I walked away feeling serene\, rejuvenated\, and completely restored.” – Ali P.\n  \n“Simon’s sound bath was a powerful exploration into deep rest and healing. As a facilitator I have experienced many sound journeys\, this experience was exceptional. I felt safe\, gently held and deeply nurtured.” – Pip T.\n \n  \n“A wonderful serene player\, Gentle like a hummingbird….  A man who knows his Singing bowls… Simon respectfully listens to the vibrations of sound and intuitively connects with them… my body floated and I shed a tear of gratitude full of love for the world.” – Dianne G.\n \n  \nReserve your space here:\n\n \n \n \n \n  \n

SUMMARY:SOMA Breathwork and Sound Bath Retreat: An Afternoon of Healing and Relaxation
DESCRIPTION:Energize your Mind\, Body\, and Soul with an Immersive Experience\n  \nJoin us for an unforgettable retreat afternoon where we will embark on a healing journey through the transformative practices of SOMA Breathwork and a rejuvenating sound bath. This exclusive event is designed to help you release stress\, rebalance your energy\, and create a deep sense of inner peace.\n  \n \n  \nEmbrace the Power of SOMA Breathwork\nOur retreat begins with an invigorating SOMA Breathwork session. The SOMA Breath Energized Meditation Routine is a 1-hour long workshop combining movement\, chanting and breathwork all guided with uplifting\, music. It is designed to help participants become very efficient at using oxygen\, and to build a tolerance to carbon dioxide.\n  \nEnergized Meditation helps people to slow down their breathing to less than 10 breaths per minute\, and encourages people to breathe through their nose more. The Energized Meditation Routine is designed to release tension from the body\, boost your mood\, and be a super-effective breathwork meditation.\n  \n \n  \nBenefits of Energized Meditation include:\n\n\nImprovement in CO2 tolerance and nitric oxide production.\n\n\nImproved oxygenation of tissue cells.\n\n\nReduced tension.\n\n\nOxygen efficiency.\n\n\nImproved cardiovascular health.\n\n\nBetter concentration and meditation.\n\n\nStimulates both hemispheres of the brain.\n\n\nStimulates neurogenesis and ‘brain change’.\n\n\n  \nSOMA Breathwork is a holistic and transformative practice that combines ancient breathing techniques with modern scientific knowledge to promote physical\, mental\, and emotional well-being.\n  \nDuring this guided session\, you will learn how to harness your breath to activate your body’s natural healing abilities. SOMA Breathwork has been shown to reduce stress\, improve mental clarity\, and boost overall vitality. This powerful practice will leave you feeling energized\, centred\, and ready to embrace the next part of your retreat experience.\n  \n \n  \nImmerse Yourself in a Soothing Sound Bath\nFollowing the breathwork session\, we will go straight into a sound bath incorporating different sound instruments including Himalayan Bowls\, Gongs\, Crystal Bowls\, Koshi Chimes\, Shamanic Drums\, which have a unique ability to relax and calm the nervous system. This will bring your mind into the Alpha and Theta pattern\, which is the restful and creative state.\n  \nAs you lie comfortably\, the resonant sounds will guide you into a meditative state\, allowing you to let go of any remaining tension or stress. The healing frequencies will work to restore balance within your body\, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.\n  \nSound enters the healing equation from several directions: It may alter cellular functions through energetic effects; it may entrain biological systems to function more homeostatically; it may becalm the mind and therefore the body; or it may have emotional effects\, which influence neurotransmitters and neuropeptides\, which in turn help to regulate the immune system—the healer within.\n  \n\nSpace is limited for this transformative retreat afternoon\, so be sure to reserve your spot today!\n  \n\nJoin us as we journey together through the transformative power of SOMA Breathwork and a healing sound bath. Give yourself the gift of relaxation\, rejuvenation\, and connection during this unforgettable retreat experience.\n  \nReserve your place here:
