Tickets are valid for the day they have been purchased, and for that day only.
If you are unable to visit due to extenuating circumstances, we will need at least 72 hours' notice to defer the booking to another date specified and given at that time. This will only be done on one occasion.
We cannot make changes to the date of your visit because of the weather.
No refunds will be made on tickets.
Please note we do not allow children under 14 (including babies)
Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome to the Makers Yard and Sculpture Park, apart from the Kitchen Garden and Ornamental Gardens
No camper vans bigger than a VW T5 - we don't have the parking spaces
